Terms of Business
Our Terms of Business Agreement sets out the terms and conditions on which we agree to provide services for you, our regulatory and statutory responsibilities, and your contractual obligations. This Agreement is between Assured Social Ltd ℅ Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC (“Assured Social” or “we” or “us”) and Client (“you”), collectively the parties. It sets out the terms and conditions on which we agree to provide services for you, our regulatory and statutory responsibilities, and your contractual obligations.
This agreement supersedes any written agreement or oral understanding previously made or entered into by you and Assured Social Ltd. No statements, assurances, descriptions or promises made or given to you shall be binding upon Assured Social Ltd unless expressly contained in this Agreement.
About Assured Social and Veracity Insurance Solutions
Assured Social US is a managed by Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC, an expert and leader in the general and products liability insurance industry. The company currently manages over 40,000 small business accounts nationwide and is properly licensed in all 50 states.
Our Services
We act on your behalf to access insurance products and services designed specifically for Influencers. You will not receive advice or recommendation from us but we will give you information about our product for you to make an informed decision.
Additionally, we help you make any changes to your insurance policy after inception if you need it, remind you when your insurance policy is due for renewal, and in the event a claim should occur we provide you with assistance in submitting the claim and obtaining settlement from the insurer.
We do not offer advice in relation to tax, accounting, regulatory, or legal matters.
Claims
You should notify us immediately of all incidents that may result in a claim against your insurance policy. If you don’t, an insurer may refuse to deal with your claim or reduce the amount that you receive from them. We’ll provide you with assistance and advice in submitting any claim. In the event that an insurer becomes insolvent or delays making settlement we don’t accept liability for any unpaid amounts. Our office is open during normal office hours. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your policy within 14 days following the date of purchase. We cannot accept policy cancellation outside of the initial 14 day period. Outside of the initial 14 day period, the premium is deemed fully earned by Underwriters.
All policies sold by Us are offered on an annual basis only, and if a claim has been made under the policy during the initial 14 day period, no refund will be payable as the contract will be deemed as fulfilled.
Complaints
It is our intention at all times to treat customers fairly and provide high quality service. If you should have any complaint about a general insurance related matter or about our service generally, we would ask you to make your complaint to Chris Van Leeuwen, Vice President of Sale or Julie Stafford, Vice President of Operations at the following address:

You may make your complaint at any time and by any reasonable means although we would prefer you to contact us in writing, detailing the precise nature of your complaint, so that there can be no misunderstanding.
How we will respond to your complaint
We will within two (2) business days of receiving your complaint send you a written acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint.
Within five (5) business days of receipt of your complaint we will send you a written response informing you of the outcome of our investigation. This letter will detail the nature and terms of any offer of compensation, which we may consider appropriate or, alternatively, our reasons for repudiating the complaint. Should you remain dissatisfied with our final response you are entitled to refer your complaint to an Approved Dispute Resolution Facility.

Assured Social and its affiliates recognize the privacy concerns of our customers and potential customers who visit our website. We want you to be aware that we collect information through our website for our internal use. We intend to use information collected only in the normal course of our business and as permitted by law. No personal information is required when you visit our website, however, certain information is collected in order to help us to better provide the products and services we offer.

- Underwriting and rating policies (for those users who submit an application);
- Providing proper billing;

- Claims information provided in the event of a claim;

We do not disclose any non-public personal information we gather about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We may disclose non-public personal information about you to related or third-party brokers and/or agents, to premium financial service companies, and to third-party companies who perform marketing services for us. We restrict access to your non-public personal information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information. We may use your personal information for several purposes, such as monitoring the use of our website so that we can make improvements; diagnosing and solving technical problems; fulfilling customer requests for certain products and services; and sending material of interest (if you have so requested). Sometimes we must collect medical information in conjunction with a claim. We do not use or share your medical information for any marketing purpose, unless we receive your permission.
REVIEWS
We may use customer information for the purpose of obtaining reviews about the services and programs that we provide. This may include, but is not limited to, giving customers’ names and email addresses to third parties to facilitate and contact customers to obtain reviews. Customer information sent to third parties will be used solely for the purposes of gathering and managing feedback, or as required by law or by any court of competent jurisdiction. Reviews provided by customers may be published online and submitted to search engines. Customers may be contacted by a third party review service, but are under no obligation to provide a review.
COOKIES

If you have filled out an application, you will have agreed to our email/phone use statement. If you have filled out the first step of an application, provided Assured Social with your email, and did not complete the application, we may send you a single email reminding you of your unfinished application.

ADVERTISING Third-Party Applications:
We use the services of third-party companies and applications who are under agreements with us. For example, we work with analytics companies, advertisers, data management and storage services. These companies and applications serve advertisements to users who visit our website and who use our services, and allow us to quantify data concerning the browsing habits of our website’s users. These companies collect and use clickstream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked on or scrolled over during your visits to our website. The tracking technologies used by these third-party companies are subject to their own privacy policies, not those of Assured Social.
EU DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to: (a) request access to your Personal Data and rectification of inaccurate Personal Data; (b) request erasure of your Personal Data; (c) request restrictions on the processing of your Personal Data; (d) object to processing your Personal Data; and/or (e) the right to data portability (“collectively, “Requests”). CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The services rendered by Assured Social are intended for a general audience and are not intended for and should not be used by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 and we do not target our services to children under the age of 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us here. We will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.
SEVERABILITY
The invalidity or illegality of any portion of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part of this Agreement.
TERMINATION
Our Agreement will continue until terminated by either of us giving seven days’ written notice to the other. Additionally, either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately, by giving notice in writing, under any of the following conditions:
- material breach of this Agreement without rectification of the breach within a reasonable period of time;
- fraud, non-disclosure, misrepresentation or dishonesty;
- either party becoming the subject of voluntary or involuntary liquidation or administration proceedings.
In the event that this Agreement is terminated, we will no longer provide you with any services, including claims handling, except where we’re required to continue handling your claim under the terms of our delegated authority from certain insurers. Any commission or fee is considered to be fully earned when your insurance(s) inception and any unpaid commission or fee will be due and payable to us upon termination.
GOVERNING LAW
This policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.
